woah man.. i havent been to my blog in AGES i almost forgot i had one! HAHA. summer (act ang moh only.. heehee..) break's been pretty swell.. spent some of it meeting up w my dearest darlingest friends whom i havent seen in ages (: .. catching up and reminiscing.. sigh. we're so old now. i cant believe it. give and take a few more years and we'll prolly be attending weddings like it's an everyday affair.. ha.
the thought of marriage scares and excites me at the same time. i cant imagine myself leaving my comfy lil home and my happy family to start hopefully, my own comfy lil home and happy family. the knowledge and experience of unhappy marriages and dysfunctional families scares the hell outta me. i see the way my relatives and friends suffer cos of their unhappy parents/spouse, and i'm so afraid the same thing might happen to me. and the thought of not being able to stay under the same roof as my family, and not having my mummy right there when i need her almost makes me wanna cry. i love my family. i love my siblings. i love my mummy and daddy. i cant imagine leaving them. i'm such a baby. i know that. budden sometimes i see those tv ads for new condos, and they use the 'just married couple' or 'young family' theme.. and i'm like.. soooo nice!! cant wait to get my own home and start my own family!hopefully i get a long feng tai (one boy one girl twins).. i'll give them middle names.. blarblarblar.. haha. the wonderful impact the media can have on a person eh?
ah well.. i'll just take things as they come. In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his footsteps, yes?
