wah lau. i really need to complain. i was up to my head with work today and this happy full-timer (and who also happens to be one of the main contributors to my workload) decided to give me what i would term "the ultimate-shit+spasticated+ridiculous-job-of-the-year":

happy full timer: maybe later u can help me print out another of this envelope? [thrusts this stupid envelope with the address half cut-off in my face] cos C1 (this printer we use for envelopes) is spoilt and i used C2 to print but it came out like that.
me: [are u retarded or are u retarded?! if that printer is spoilt and EVERYBODY uses that printer for envelopes, how on earth am i going to print your stupid envelope out using some other printer that is obviously not designed to print according to the templates customized for C1?!] ... i don't have the template for that printer.
