ok. so there's this bubble tea store near my house called "yummy yummy" bubble tea. and they're into those buy 10 cups and get your 11th one free thing. so my sis and i have been faithfully going to the store to get a cup of bubble tea each, and get our chops. alas, i had to leave my coupon with SIX (yes SIX i.e. $7.20 worth of bubble tea) chops in my shorts pocket which i happily sent to the wash which incidentally washed off ALL my six chops as well! :( so boohoohoo. i had to start from zero chops all over again. that was ok. i was still fine with that, albeit a bit irritated with myself. so on mon, sissy and i went to the store again to get our bubble tea. when i whipped out my blank coupon, the bubble tea lady was stunned, "eh???! why liddat??" cos if my coupon had no chops on it, it'd mean that she had to give me the coupon first before i could start collecting my 10 chops. but she obviously wont remember giving me any coupon of any sort cos she didnt, hence the shock. ok. so continuing, i told her matter-of-factly, "oh. actually i had 6 chops. but cos i left the coupon in my shorts pocket and sent it to the wash, everything got washed off." and bubble tea woman went, "really meh??" at that moment, i was like then what? i had all the time in the world to go find the exact same blue colour paper your coupon is made of and print out a coupon for myself ah? but of course, nice me just went, "yarr." and bubble tea woman stared at my coupon, pondering over my yarrr, before giving me that haughty, arrogant look, followed by a "SOOO??" i was sooo irritated with her attitude, i wanted to throw the coupon in her face (and her stupid bubble tea too) but of course, my think Christian, talk Christian and act Christian ways got the better of me. so i just told her, "then you just give me one chop lar."
